Shop With A Cop
The Des Moines Police Foundation hosts an annual Shop with a Cop event in December supporting local students and their families.
​
This event creates a meaningful and positive connection between underprivileged students, their families, and law enforcement.
Through our Shop with a Cop event and your contribution, students in need are able to purchase small gifts for members of their household for the holidays. They will also receive a small gift for themselves and one personal item, such as a winter coat, pair of shoes or toiletry bag.
Your donation of any amount is greatly appreciated!
In 2022, we were able to provide over 40 students an opportunity to shop with Officers and Fire Fighters! 35+ Officers/Fire Fighters and a TON of phenomenal Volunteers made this event possible!
